Wow.
If that's not a wild comparison...
Em... I need your expertise!! My fam is doing a "cupcake wars" type thing for FHE tonight... We can add whatever we want to white cake batter... Baking is not my thing, but I winning is ;) You are my baking life line!! Any ideas?
Hmm... cupcake wars?
The quickest thing I can think of right now is to make them coconut by adding coconut extract, and coconut into the batter. Then put toasted coconut on top of the frosting, which could also be flavored with coconut.
It would also be yummy to add lemon extract to the batter, and when they're done, slice the cupcake horizontally and layer it with freshly whipped cream, and fresh berries, and put them on top. Dusted with powdered sugar, or course.
This is quite a loaded question. I hope this at least give you some ideas. I'm a little rusty when it comes to baking. Sorry I couldn't think of anything better. Good luck!
